Summer Update

A lot of great things have been happening in Durham. Here are a few quick highlights:

- Professional basketball player Adam Constantine is getting crazy strong in preparation for his 2013-14 season.

- Adam's brother, Paul, was recently named the director of football strength and conditioning at Houston Baptist University and a guest of honor at the courage corner over Memorial Day weekend.

- Catcher Benji Johnson left for spring training with the St. Paul Saints.

- Jawwad, one of my high school football players, was the second-ranked defensive end in his class at a South Carolina combine and earned a trip to Cleveland to compete in the VTO Prep 100.

-  Blake and Will, both junior left-handed pitchers with bright futures, helped Riverside High School win the PAC 6 conference title and advance to the second round of the state playoffs.

- After reading my Elite FTS article, the Paso Robles High School (CA) baseball program hired me to revamp their team's strength and conditioning.

I'm fortunate to work with really outstanding people. Summer brings college athletes home to train and a new season of training for my high schoolers. Stay tuned for more updates!
